Scope of Experience

John T. Martin Senior Vice President of Office Leasing recently rejoined NAI Capital in 2024. He first started working with NAI Capital in 2001. John specializes in office leasing and sales focused on the West San Gabriel Valley area, with an emphasis in the Burbank, Glendale and Pasadena (Tri-Cities) office markets. John’s success is attributed to his in-depth market knowledge, his strong communication skills and his tenacious approach in achieving his client’s objectives. John prides himself on his professionalism and integrity. John is well respected and entrenched within the local brokerage community which enhances and expediates the clients experience. 

In addition to his brokerage experience John honed his technical expertise by running the research department in the Charles Dunn Los Angeles office. There he mastered the technological skills that enable him to track market trends, analyze data, and position his client’s needs within a given market. 

John is a native of Southern California, and a graduate of Loyola High School. John received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a minor in International Business from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. John currently resides in Pasadena with his wife Shawna and son JT (16) and daughter Helena (12). When he is not working John enjoys golfing, snowboarding and fly-fishing.
